1. Acceptance of Terms🔗

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "your") and Farm Fresh Capitals ("we", "us", "Farm Fresh") governing your access to and use of farmfreshcapitals.com, our mobile experiences, and any related product or service (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, funding a wallet, subscribing to any plan, or otherwise using the Services you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, and AML & KYC Policy.

2. Eligibility🔗

• You are at least 18 years of age and of legal capacity to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where the Services are prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had a Farm Fresh Capitals account terminated by us for cause.
• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.

3. Your Account🔗

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@farmfreshcapitals.com if you suspect any unauthorised access.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not permit any other person to use your account, and you may not maintain more than one active account without our written consent.

4. Investment Products🔗

Farm Fresh Capitals offers curated investment plans focused on the agricultural sector. Plan details — including expected return, duration, minimum contribution, and payout schedule — are published on the Investment Plans page and are subject to change on a prospective basis.

All returns quoted are targets, not guarantees. Actual returns depend on farm performance, market conditions, weather, and other factors beyond our control. See our Risk Disclosure.

5. Deposits & Funding🔗

Deposits may be made in supported currencies through the payment methods listed inside your dashboard. Deposits are credited to your wallet only after confirmation from the underlying payment network.

You warrant that funds you deposit are lawfully yours, are not the proceeds of crime, and are not sourced from any sanctioned party or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to hold or return any deposit that appears inconsistent with this warranty.

6. Withdrawals🔗

Withdrawals are processed to the payout method on file within the timeframe published inside your dashboard. Withdrawal processing may be delayed while identity verification (KYC), address verification, or source-of-funds review is in progress.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any wallet address, bank account, or payout instruction you submit. Farm Fresh Capitals is not liable for losses arising from incorrect or invalid payout details.

7. Fees & Charges🔗

All fees applicable to a given plan or payment method are disclosed in-app before you confirm the relevant transaction. Third-party network fees (for example, blockchain gas fees or bank wire fees) are passed through at cost.

We may introduce, adjust, or waive fees from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance via in-app notification or email.

8. Referral Program🔗

Members with an active account may invite others through the referral program shown on their dashboard. Referral rewards accrue only for a referee who completes registration, passes KYC, and funds their account with at least the minimum published amount.

We reserve the right to withhold or reverse referral rewards obtained through fraud, self-referral, or any breach of these Terms.

9. Prohibited Conduct🔗

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any account, server, or data.
• Automated scraping, spamming, or scripted account creation.
• Using the Services to launder proceeds of crime or to fund unlawful activity.
• Impersonation of another person or misrepresentation of identity, residency, or source of funds.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to derive source code from the Services.

10. Suspension & Termination🔗

We may suspend or close your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, if we are compelled to do so by law, or if continuing to provide the Services to you would expose us or other members to material risk.

You may close your account at any time from within your dashboard once any open positions are settled. Some records may be retained beyond closure for the periods required by applicable law.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability🔗

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farm Fresh Capitals disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded. Subject to that, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of the Services shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law & Disputes🔗

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and Farm Fresh Capitals agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally before commencing formal proceedings.

13. Changes to These Terms🔗

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of this document and, for material changes, provide notice through in-app messaging or email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
